These guys are manipulative who set newly hired employees up for failure. They appear to "manage" multiple properties yet create a revolving door atmosphere. When they offer a full-time office and field position with full healthcare benefits, they don't even show up the first day to greet the employee. No introduction, no orientation, not even a single piece of paperwork is provided. There is no plan or agenda. The very first day the employee is told to find something to do in the field and report back to the office. Then, on one roof building, when M/E are found to be in poor condition, the job becomes triage. The employee is expected to work nonstop on the building with no time for lunch. Basic OSHA standards are not followed. On the second day, the employee is given a company shirt. Still without any healthcare coverage which was a term of employment, the employee is commanded to continue working on the roof building using his own power tools and hand tools. The employee even provides essential hardware the company does not have in inventory. When the employee follows company protocol and completes multiple tasks within the first two days, the employee is seemingly favored. After four grueling days, the employee is finally given paperwork to sign which includes an employee manual and full healthcare coverage. Then, without any warning, the employee is asked to return the company shirt for no reason. The employee is treated with contempt. He is asked to leave. The company has no intention of paying the employee. The working individual was never an employee but was scammed into thinking he was an employee. After making three separate return trips to the office, it takes the loyal working individual over a month to receive only partial payment for the work that was satisfactorily completed.
