      Pros

      Employees get to wear several hats, interact with staff more often and are afforded a 360-degree view of company-wide operations. Because employees have more visibility, it is often easier to advance in career. Another benefit is that employees often gain experience in a variety of areas, giving them multiple skills and areas of expertise to enhance their career.

      Cons

      The lack of adequate manpower is one of the major problem

      Pros

      This is the type of job in which you need to put in effort to succeed. If your looking for a 9-5 in which you can sit around and twiddle your fingers this is not the place for you. However, if your looking to be challenged everyday with a strong upside in potential this would be the right place for you.

      It’s not for everyone, you need to be willing to think outside the box to accomplish end goals!

      A Great Place to Work if You Have Great Work Ethic

      Pros

      If you want to make money, this job is for you. CFO is a great guy, always looking to enhance your skill set and help you grow as a person and employee. The Construction Manager is knowledgeable and demanding and will always get you what you need to complete your job. CEO is good to those who are hungry and able to keep your head down. HARD WORK IS REWARDED.

      Cons

      Unable to realistically maintain my job status while at school. Otherwise nothing to be upset with. It is a work environment.
