      Pros

      I've worked at Pennmark for more than 6 months now and I am very happy. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Management goes out of their way to help you learn. It is a very fast paced environment and that makes the day go by very quickly. I've learned a lot and it seems like there is still a lot more to learn if I want to learn it. If you work hard and do your job well you will be rewarded. The atmosphere is very casual, there are good benefits.

      Best Place to learn Commerical Real Estate Investing

      Pros

      You will be paid commiserate to your performance. People who complain of low pay obviously did not perform. This is not a 9 to 5, punch the clock and go home job. You will be challenged, engage and rewarded for performance.

      Cons

      You will never look at a retail center or a business the same way, You will question who, what why and how and desire to learn the details.

      Pros

      Fast pace, results driven company. Since it is a relatively small company, you have a ton of opportunity for growth and advancement. No layers and layers of management. Open door policy for the CEO and CFO. CFO is a bright guy and you can learn a ton from him.

      Cons

      The CEO can be very demanding and will push you but if you put your head down and work hard you will earn his respect. If you are honest and up front with him you should not have a problem.
