A good company that could get alot better.

Pros

Stable company, if you make to Director level you are awarded with a great benefit package.

Cons

Insensitive management, outsourcing, very political environment, double standards. If you are a clerk, help desk, or do analysis watch out your job is probably going to India, China, or Mexico. The IT staff including consultants does not reflect Berks county, by that I mean there are nearly as many Indian consultants as American citizens and I believe this is dragging down salaries.

Pros

An extremely ethical and fair company to work for! The company always takes the high road where customers and employees are concerned. If ethics in your employeer are important to you then you should investigate a career with one of the Penske companies. Work is very interesting because you are dealing with all sorts of different types of companies and individuals.

Cons

Tend to favor younger workers for advancement. Advancement almost always means relocation. Pay could be better at the entry level, but once you are established everything falls into line.
