Pros

Humbling work. Daily opportunities to make a deep positive impact with small gestures of kindness and effort.

Cons

The higher up the ladder, the less connected to the problems management is meant to resolve. While this is understandable, there is little effort made on upper management´s behalf to consider the staff or resident impact of changes made.
