Pros

First, I have to urge caution for anyone reading anonymous reviews, good and bad, on a site such as this. You never can tell whether the reviewer is the owner, or a disgruntled employee lashing out having been fired for incompetency. I must admit, I was shocked as I read some of these reviews as they run completely contrary to my experience with this company, particularly with the CEO. In fact, reading some of the reviews, they appear to be multiple entries written by the same person as they have nearly identical themes. That said, please allow me to now express my delight with this company. PTP hires the best—period. As a customer, I could not be happier with the quality of the employees PTP brought to bear on our projects. The leadership of the company goes above and beyond to take care of their people and does not tolerate incompetence. If someone is not carrying their weight, they are given an opportunity to correct the problem. If they cannot rise to the challenge, they are asked to leave. Unfortunately, not everyone can consistently deliver excellence. However, when we are paying the rates we are paying, we demand excellence and PTP ensures they deliver.

Cons

If you cannot keep pace with top performers, stay away. Positions with PTP are demanding and the work is stressful. They work hard, but they play hard too. Hard work and dedication are definitely rewarded. If you have talent and deliver, you will be recognized. Unfortunately, many positions are deployed, so you can expect to spend a great deal of time separated from your families. However, PTP works very hard to get you home as often as possible—one of the best companies I’ve seen in this respect. From a customer viewpoint, they ensure we still have coverage even while the primary is away. From an individual standpoint, they seem to really take care of folks, ensuring first-rate service ensuring someone is available to help that member throughout their journey (remember all the weather related flight cancellations during the holidays?).

Pros

This company won't be around long

Cons

Though you might initially feel welcomed by seemingly sincere smiles and handshakes, it's all a hoax. Any language used in the company's marketing to display PTP as friendly, open and honest is ironic at best. -Greed/lack of ethics -Unhealthy work environment -Mistreatment of employees -Stress caused by shady antics of management -Constant micromanagement -Abnormal turnover -People with no skills doing jobs that needn't exist PTP's parasitic business approach is not sustainable.

PTP routinely receives certificates of achievement and letters of commendation for our employees providing support to the Department of Defense in the US and Afghanistan. These awards do not reflect the actions of people being mistreated or stressed by management.

Pros

This company supports it's employees and is always working hard to ensure the people are taken care of, from benefits to salary and long term employment! Those employees that are making up lie's where untruthf8ul people whom deserved to be terminated. The negative reviews of PTP is absolutely false and the company does take care of it's employees thru excellent benefits, time off and understanding of it's employees need's.

Cons

Nothing as this is a great company which has a great future.
