      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      Location is in sunny FL. There were some great people (not management) working here, unfortunately most have quit or been terminated.

      Cons

      There is nothing good about this company...Their benefits (Health Insurance) were not good with higher co-pays & deductibles. They promise good wages only to cut them at a later date with no explanation. Employees are screamed at on a daily basis. CEO will lie to your face. Extremely hostile work environment.

      PTP has employees who have been with the company since its founding in 2010 and has former employees returning as PTP wins more work in both the government and private sectors. People do not stay or return to a hostile work environment.

      Pros

      - Best benefits! - Company motto is so true, People First! They know how to take care of the employees. - Insurance coverage is 100% for all employees and 50% for family, no company takes care of their employees like this anymore. - Senior management cares about their people as well as the future of the company. - Paid Time Off is better than most large companies with 10 vacation and 11 holidays, can't get any better than this! - Monthly paid lunches and announcements by the owner. - New work place that promotes an awesome environment. - Promotes gym time and health.

      Cons

      - Need to terminate personnel that are under performers - Hard to say as this company really is great!

      Pros

      Promise employees the world and then some. Pay some people well...

      Cons

      The attitude of the owner is take as much as you can as fast as possible and see how many people don't notice. Executive management has no formal education or business experience, except for the CCO, which is quickly running the company into the ground. The organization is not focused and refuses to slow down and take a deep breath. Ethics do not exist and they strive to find grey areas which will be their ultimate undoing.

      This review is based on personal attacks without merit. PTP operates under the constant scrutiny of government auditors and has never been found to be outside legal or regulatory boundaries.
