These are baseless accusations that cannot withstand scrutiny in any objective setting. Due to the nature of PTP's work, it operates under the constant scrutiny of federal and state auditors. If any of these allegations were true, PTP would have been called to answer by any of numerous agencies.

Pros

Promises, if you enjoy empty promises then join

Cons

CEO is Bipolar, vindictive weasal, lies constantly to employees, this trickles down to all of managment. I have never been at a company where you did not know if you were going to get paid, constantly in fear of having your wages withheld, reduced or legal action threatened to sue you if you did not work for whatever arbitrary wages the CEO wanted after you were hired. Basically once you get hired on you're a slave (whatever salary you got hired on will not be honored, most likely you will get a 40% paycut and demand to stay on), if you leave? be prepared for your paycheck to be illegally withheld and a lawsuit to take more money

This review is a personal attack against the CEO and not based on anything objective. Additionally, PTP has never reneged on a compensation package promised in an offer letter.

Pros

They offer youmoremoney than what you previously made. They will offer you a flashy title like Director of a one person department: yourself.

Cons

Cons, shams, extortion, garnished wages, legal actions, stealing contracts from competitors, poor benefits, and bi-polar unpredictable leadership. Work here if you hate yourself. Hire this company if you think paying a better company what they are worth just isn't good enough. If you have authority to execute military contracts in IT services be prepared to be harassed and stalked by the CEO. This company is nothing more than a sham setup by the CEO and everyone in his extended family.

This review is predicated on baseless personal attacks. Regarding new service and new contracts, PTP has been awarded new development work in support of the Department of Defense based on a proposal crafted solely by PTP.
