Pros

This company takes care of it employees and drives to achieve the highest results for the customer! Since I know this company and its great reputation with the customers, it is very apparent that a number of these reviews are disgruntled employees who where either terminated or resigned and are writing these negative and unfounded comments to slander this company. Since Glass Door is an anonymous website you never know who is writing, so I would not judge this company by this website, but if it appears on BBB this cannot be supported by anonymous complaints. As an example Yulp recently lost in court that they must provide the identification of those anonymous reviews that had a negative impact on a carpet cleaning company or must remove the reviews. This company started with a vision from the owner who worked hard in doing the right things and sacrificing a lot. He shared this with many of his employees in taking care of them. I remember him when he was in Afghanistan supporting our senior military leadership with devotion and never saying he can not, rather find ways on how he could make it happen. He is using the same approach with his company by hiring great people wanting to do the best they can in support of the customer. This company has a future and many great values in taking are of their people, I also heard they provide the employees with 100% insurance coverage that most large companies do not even come close.

Cons

This company hired a lot of its employees for deployment to Afghanistan which several had agenda's that where not the philosophy or ethics of the company, but self centered. Don't hire anyone that does not meet the goals and philosophy of the company and focus ensuring that the company values are upheld. Focus on the quality of the person and not only on the qualifications that person has for the work being supported.

Pros

Promises, if you enjoy empty promises then join

Cons

CEO is Bipolar, vindictive weasal, lies constantly to employees, this trickles down to all of managment. I have never been at a company where you did not know if you were going to get paid, constantly in fear of having your wages withheld, reduced or legal action threatened to sue you if you did not work for whatever arbitrary wages the CEO wanted after you were hired. Basically once you get hired on you're a slave (whatever salary you got hired on will not be honored, most likely you will get a 40% paycut and demand to stay on), if you leave? be prepared for your paycheck to be illegally withheld and a lawsuit to take more money

This review is a personal attack against the CEO and not based on anything objective. Additionally, PTP has never reneged on a compensation package promised in an offer letter.

Pros

They offer youmoremoney than what you previously made. They will offer you a flashy title like Director of a one person department: yourself.

Cons

Cons, shams, extortion, garnished wages, legal actions, stealing contracts from competitors, poor benefits, and bi-polar unpredictable leadership. Work here if you hate yourself. Hire this company if you think paying a better company what they are worth just isn't good enough. If you have authority to execute military contracts in IT services be prepared to be harassed and stalked by the CEO. This company is nothing more than a sham setup by the CEO and everyone in his extended family.

This review is predicated on baseless personal attacks. Regarding new service and new contracts, PTP has been awarded new development work in support of the Department of Defense based on a proposal crafted solely by PTP.
