The hours can be long but if you put in the work the success will follow.

The owners, managers, and corporate don't care about any employees. They simply care about putting someone else under to put more money in their own pocket. "Matching great people with great companies" NOT TRUE. They take any client they can get even if the client is going out of business and we have to lie to potential candidates just to get a placement for a few weeks. UNETHICAL company. I will be leaving very soon for a better company. NO growth- they pick favorites and only promote people who are favorites. Unrealistic hours. NO work/life balance. The company offers people things if they write good reviews on glassdoor. The company does illegal searches on the backgrounds on potential candidates and discriminates on race, gender, and other important things. The managers are rude and disrespectful that create hostile environment for their recruiters. This makes the industry look terrible.
