Oh, where to begin...You receive a huge speech during the whole interview process that tells you the company values and strategies are based off of the book "Good to Great". That is the furthest thing from the truth. The pay is incredibly low. That would be OK for an entry level job if they didn't expect you to be working between 50-60 hours a week (they will tell you they really only expect around 45 in the interview but that is a lie.) I was held to a 30 minutes lunch IF I even got the chance to take one. They push a ridiculous amount of unrealistic expectations. The fake positivity was painful. Management was mainly sales people so they had no concept as to what a recruiters day actually looked like nor did they have any interest in figuring it out. Typically spent more time cleaning up messes and payroll issues than actually getting to recruit which makes it pretty hard to hit your numbers. It's a burn and churn place solely focused on numbers. They lie to you in the interview about what the job entails and what the expectations are. You are held to very short interviews that provide you very little insight into what type of worker you are sending to your client. You are forced to use less than "ok" employees to send to clients to meet quick turn around expectations. It is all quantity over quality.
