Typically in a temp to hire position, your benefits would be available once your hired on by the client company - we focus on long term positions so you are ultimately making progress for career success, not just any old job that may or may not work out. Your pay rate is determined by a number of factors like experience level and what the client has offered up front. In most cases, we already know the rate and would never want to place someone in a job that has not agreed to the rate. We want it to be the right match for both employee and client company.
