Pros

When you submit your resume to them, they get right on the job. the recruiters at People Share don't waste any time at all. One week I spoke with one of the recruiters and the next I had a job.it is just as simple as that .they job that they landed me, was great. I worked for 90 days and was hired. For anyone that is looking to use People Share as a REFERENCE to obtain employment, DO THAT...........

Cons

The pay rate is not always what you expect for your qualifications, but it beats a blank..

Pros

I had a great experience with PeopleShare. My recruiter was Margot in King of Prussia. As soon as I met with her I told her exactly what kind of job I was looking for and also the pay. She was able to get two interviews within a week! I am now a full time employee with my new company! I had a great experience. I have recommended PeopleShare to my friends and family that are currently seeking employment

Cons

The pay wasn't as much as I would have liked but it was reasonable.

Pros

You get an interview and testing. Other staffing agencies don't even see you unless you fit a job or come close to their requirements. The staff is always friendly and personable. Most feedback given of any staffing agency I've applied to. Decent variety of employment opportunities. Jobs posted were usually above $10/hr in pay. The job I am currently direct hired for was much more. Many positions are not at the highest wage, but ten dollars an hour can pay the bills.

Cons

Details for direct hire positions are vague at best. Poor coaching on what the position and company themselves are about. I have never had a preinterview, testing, interview, or meeting be on time. I've had to wait at least 15 minutes each time. Poor communication between offices and record updating when you provide new resumes and experience. I worked for them on more than one assignment. However, I'm pretty sure there could have been more assignments if their record keeping and inter and intra-office communication was better.
