got me a license I can put to use in other fields

Cons

no holiday pay no benefits. they take your bonuses only benefit is you recive a check and that's if they did everything right on there end I have seen people go two or three weeks without a check

We regret that you have this impression, and it sounds like there may have been specific circumstances here. However, we're very happy to hear that you now have your Health Insurance License and some working experience. To clarify, we do offer healthcare benefits to all employees once they are eligible, and since we focus on contract to hire positions, our employees mainly work for us for a short period of time and if their performance and attendance has been successful, are hired by the client company.
