PeopleShare is a great company to work for! Everyone is friendly and nice! PeopleShare is very team oriented! Fast growth within the company as well!

Cons

The hours are kind of long.

Pros

-Great communication and always paid on time. -I was well-prepared for all of my interviews and became more comfortable with each interview that I experienced. -They were very proactive in finding me ample opportunities

Cons

-Not having any PTO or even sick days. I was very sick for a few days and had to take 2 days without pay.

Pros

Specific to Project Manager/Business Analyst consulting/contract work, Peopleshare acts as the administrative go-between for the consultant and the client company. Checks were are always on time and correct For seasoned consultants, it is an alternative to working for IT consulting firms that tend to take a larger chunk of your rate. Peopleshare now offers a benefit package.

Cons

Even w/out a % match, it would be nice to have a 401K option.
