      Pros

      Peoplelink is a company that encourages stepping outside of the box. Your creative thinking, quick wit, and ability to shift gears completely and abruptly is appreciated. Corporate support is amazing!

      Cons

      Structure is changed frequently leading to discord among staff. There is a lot of "keep this between us" and "don't share this right now" between upper management and branch locations.

      Pros

      Great company culture to work in. Friendly and helpful employees. Hard work is noticed and appreciated. Upper Management does a great job at being available to offer assistance or advice.

      Cons

      Compensation could be higher, but it is fair and the benefits are great.

      Commission and very relaxed work environment

      Corporate doesn't take the time to get to know all their branch employees. They don't care about employees or care about how hard they work. If you do something right you get no recognition but as soon as you do something wrong they are quick to jump all over you without asking any questions about the circumstances surrounding any event that took place. A lot of 'bullying' takes place at the branches between staffers and even between staffers and managers. As soon as any bullying activity is reported they fire the person that was doing the right thing by reporting it, and by doing that they promote a bullying atmosphere. As long as your making money for the comany they will keep you no matter how you treat staffers or co-workers.
