      Pros

      Successful company, continuing to grow in various markets. There is professional growth potential, and the company has good business ethics. The corporate staff are friendly and very helpful, and the senior executives are personable and accessible. Lots of the staff have worked for the company for many years.

      Cons

      The pay ranges could be a little higher, and there are no yearly reviews and raises.

      when the company don't need you anymore, never tell you the reason why they let you go even though you would do everything that was asked for you to do.
