      Great Company to Make a Career

      Pros

      If you apply yourself, Percepta has many career opportunities and paths for you to make a career out of instead of just having a job.

      Cons

      This is only a con if you don't have the trait or passion for helping people but there is heavy emphasis on empathy and doing everything you can to assist a customer. If you struggle with doing this naturally then you may struggle with excelling at Percepta.
