* Competitive salary * Decent benefits * Incredible support (from the interview to onboarding to team culture) * Fully remote * Great employee rewards program * Team culture not just a word thrown around....they really do function as a team and are committed to employee success

Cons

Onboarding is lengthy. For some, that's a pro. I prefer to learn by doing. It's not really a negative, but I would like to start getting busy! Other than that, no cons that I've experienced. Enjoying this job immensely!
