I am treated as a professional to complete my work in a timely manner. There is no micro-managing. My manager is supportive and works harder than me!

Cons

Depends on what growth you are seeking to achieve. I have been with Percepta for 3 years and I have no plans on leaving. However, if I desired to advance, as a financial analyst, I would have to change departments--which is normally the case in any corporation. There are only so many managers ;)
