      The people are great! The hours and days are very flexible. You gain confidence and a feeling of accomplishment after every call you take. Knowing you have a whole team behind you to help when things get tough. You get great benefits, paid holidays, PTO & vacation.

      Pros

      I have had a surprisingly positive and encouraging experience from interview, hiring, training, abay and production. I have received a tremendous amount of support from leadership and peers. I've also seen 2 members of my team promoted out in the short time i've been here which is also encouraging. All are welcome and all are included. love the culture.

      Cons

      I'm currently hybrid but I would love the option to work from home full time remotely. I think once an employee has passed 90 days and is exceeding expectations they should be allowed to work remotely ft , providing they maintain top tier performance.
