I've been with Percepta for nearly two years and adore my job role, which is always engaging and varied. Despite frequent team changes due to promotions or business realignments, my team leads—my direct supervisors—consistently demonstrate effectiveness and appreciation for my tenure and top performance. I receive recognition from my superiors and peers, and feel that my compensation aligns well with my annual performance reviews, complemented by the generous performance-based pay and monthly bonuses. The family-like dynamic and our team's diversity are aspects I greatly value. Working from home full-time, I rarely feel disconnected from my colleagues; I feel part of a community. Communication remains clear despite the absence of in-person attendance. My leads are very understanding, and while they seldom make exceptions to the rules, they facilitate a healthy balance between personal and work life. My work schedule is excellent, and even the less convenient schedules are manageable. I'm committed to continuing my career at Percepta for as long as possible, confident in the endless growth opportunities and knowing a promotion is within reach when I decide to pursue it.
