Pros

Working from home hybrid if you live in NJ the the pay was ok could be better

Cons

When you start it seems great because the trainer is amazing patient and understanding after her you’re basically on your own if customer is unhappy with roadside you get written up for it for not doing what you are supposed to even though there is a 3rd party involved you’re just in the middle also felt threatened at work and micromanaged by some supervisors they would never take sup calls you’re left with a long call time due to this high turn over rate many would quit or send disturbing emails about other supervisors they also will have you doing more than you are required because of this your schedule never changes if you work overnight good luck and working mandatory weekends tbh this position should be a $25 or more

Pros

Ive worked at Percepta for going on 8 years in December. Theyve always given me the opportunity to look at different positions and take courses for different skill sets. It's decent pay for whichever position you are in and the PTO accrual is nothing short of amazing. If you are willing to show that you can be a team player and follow the rules, then eventually you will be included in the processes for making said rules. I've had ups and downs here as you might anywhere you work. But with a little patience (or a lot sometimes), I always seem to land in a good place and continue staying with the company.

Cons

Customer surveys - if you let them bother you then its a con. They do affect goals like your bonus and you can't control the numbers all the time. If you adopt an attitude of willing to learn from it and communicate that willingness, then it really is a "bonus" - sometimes you get it/sometimes you dont. Health insurance is another con - everything goes to the deductible and you pay 45 percent or more OOP. It would be nice to have a plan that had more copays so folks that are single that rarely ever come close to the deductible can benefit from it. I was in network and was handed a 685$ bill after insurance for a biopsy - you HAVE to do better than that.
