Smart and open minded persons in all positions. No matter what's your level of expertise, you will learn something new every day and you will be able to propose and test ideas and technologies. Even when there are several different teams, everybody is willing to help you. People all over the world makes your day interesting and funny. Work from home, flexible schedule. Percona's values are for real, not just for marketing brochures. Good salary.
