Thank you for your feedback. We agree working from home can be isolating at times. We want to encourage our staff to seek out ways to get involved with their local communities to be more connected, and we want to hear about the ideas that are important to each individual. You are right - we are on the move at Percona, so a lot of change has been taking place over the last several years. This type of change stems from Percona being proactive and wanting to have an incredibly long and healthy future. There is a strategic approach to all new initiatives which requires careful consideration before execution. The company overall is in growth mode. Please feel comfortable to talk with your supervisor or the executive team directly and ask any questions you have to at any time. We strive to maintain a very open culture, and want our staff to be involved, engaged, and innovative. Our CEO, Peter Zaitsev, is a very hands-on, active leader. His role too has evolved in the daily operations because of how much we are growing. Our executive team works to exemplify our open culture. All staff members are important to Percona’s success.
