Pros

24/7 remote team. Great culture to work in -- friendly team members and a truly collaborative spirit. Benefits are wonderful, work/life balance is great, and customers end up happy. What more could you want out of a tech company??

Cons

Not seeing colleagues daily makes it difficult sometimes to work together.

Pros

Interesting, challenging work. Work from home, which, depending on the specific job, can provide a good work/life balance (my position allows this, and being able to be around my kids as they grow is priceless). Work on cutting edge technology, frequently facing new interesting problems. Good career options, internal transfers are possible if there's a vacancy you're interested in and have the skills. Accessible and honest CEO.

Cons

Some growing pains as it transforms from startup to enterprise, specially in customer facing teams.
