What a let down...

Pros

I enjoyed working on several projects. The place is buzzing with change and employees are busy.

Cons

Senior Leadership micro manages, can be closed minded and supporting personnel takes the hit when things fall apart. They speak of culture and values, but unless leadership displays those values, they are worthless. Management doesn't follow through with promises or reward top performers for hard work.

Good job for post graduate student living with folks during economic hard times.

Cons

Politics and bait and switch. Was told I was a good employee with bright future with company, after holiday season about 10 people and I were laid off.

Shifts are only fair to some. Management is a joke. There are clicks. People are over looked that do a good job for people who are in the click.
