The BDR role is one of the most high-touch functions at PerfectServe, and that's by design. We use a sales model that has been refined over the course of many years, and for BDRs in particular, it does involve more regular check-ins to stay on top of opportunities and areas where some extra assistance and/or education might be beneficial. The touch points aren't to single anybody out—it's more about collectively hitting the targets that have been proven to generate success. We've got a great group of experienced leaders on this team who love coaching people up, so we're confident we have the resources in place to help everybody thrive.
