Thanks so much for this feedback and for your time contributing to PerfectServe's mission. We absolutely agree that our people are the best! It's our sincere belief that leaders should manage and evaluate people based on their performance—favoritism shouldn't factor into the equation. We have experienced significant growth over the past few years, which is great, but one of the offshoots of growth is that it can take time to optimize team structures and dynamics after the fact. We have some first-time leaders who are still getting into the groove with people management, and that's why we've made leadership training and development programs a major priority for 2023.
