Pros

Very flexible hours and rarely work long hours A lot of holidays off Half day Fridays in summer Pay is good

Cons

Seeming reluctance to invest in their products, especially in the tech space. It seems like for every 2 people that leave we hire one replacement. While still expecting the products to be maintained and new features to be developed. Benefits are okay, but not good Rarely ever see or talk to my manager (couple times in a year), although some might see that as a pro No career/promotion plan or any real feedback about my role. Lots of tech debt and no real plan to timeline to do anything about it

Thank you for your feedback. We like your apartment analogy. Senior leaders are constantly discussing what's the right balance between innovation (the new floors) and stability (enhancing the foundation). Our customer need and expect both. In 2022, we believe we made some really good progress in both areas. As we head into 2023, we know our tech leaders are having a lot of the same discussions, and we're confident we will land on the right balance. - PerfectServe PeopleOps Team

Pros

The product makes a difference in patient care and there are opportunities to work with a lot of cool tech.

Cons

It's extremely hectic and priorities shift a lot. It can be very difficult to stay on top of everything that's going on and deliver to the customer.

Thank you for your feedback. We recognize the company is juggling a lot of initiatives. We are planning to implement a new OKR (objectives and key results) program in 2023 aimed on creating better focus and alignment across the organization. And, thanks for the advice on continuing our efforts on employee engagement and knowledge sharing. We believe we have made some good progress in these areas, but we have more work to do. - PeopleOps Team

Pros

Great work-life balance, supportive management, opportunity to explore various technology related career paths, PTO plan is amazing.

Cons

Grew a little too fast making growth related change disorganized/chaotic. Definitely feel like this was recognized and is being addressed currently and hope that there are some lessons learned to ease future growth related change.

Thank you for your feedback. We agree with it. Our growth has created some growing pains, but we believe we have the right plans in place to address them. We love your comment about "helping employees be their best self." We all need to strive to make this happen. -PeopleOps Team
