Thank you for your candid feedback. Even as we have grown to over 300 employee we still look to embrace and empower each individual for their contributions and potential. We do at times have tough deadlines to meet but by implementing additional project management programs we are streamlining the highs and lows to create a more consistent delivery cycle.

PS is a great work environment, especially in the help center. The culture has come a long way in the past year or two, and overall I would say we are much more collaborative and caring of each other. The job requires attention to detail, but nothing unreasonable is expected. Management cares a lot about the employees here and takes request or ideas into consideration and review within a few business days of being brought up.

Cons

We are a little short staffed now so it can be stressful at times to meet client demands, but that is improving with time as we get more new hires.

Great care is taken selecting the right people to fill open positions resulting in an engaged, diverse, and dynamic culture. Relaxed, informal work environment that is fun, yet productive. I love collaborating with and working alongside such talented and fun people who are committed to our common goal of substantially improving clinical communications one practice and health system at a time!

Cons

The very few people who are unhappy are very vocal (usually anonymously). Many efforts have been attempted to try to change this, but to no avail. It's frustrating to hear complaining from people who would most likely be unhappy anywhere.
