Wonderful Company Culture

Pros

The workforce at PerfectServe is the top reason for working here. Perhaps it's because of the tie to healthcare, but everyone is caring and passionate about doing good work (and work for good). The company went fully remote during the pandemic and unlike a lot of other companies, PerfectServe has kept the entire workforce remote. It goes a long way towards work-life balance, and it also improves career satisfaction to be trusted to get the work done, and to earn that trust with dedication and quality work product.

Cons

The pay at PerfectServe isn't top tier and could be improved some. It's a concern that is generally outweighed for me by the company culture and the opportunity to improve the work lives of healthcare workers who often sacrifice a lot for the good of the community. Also, having summer Fridays and both US and Canadian holidays has to be included as an offsetting factor in that "compensation" consideration.
