Pros

As anyone fresh out of college, finding a employer is the number one priority, luckily I found PerfectServe. PerfectServe is the PerfectJob due to its constant willingness to not only improve the company but to also invest into its employees as well. PerfectServe puts its employees first, which explains all of the great benefits they have to offer such as: medical insurance, 401k, my personal favorite “Perks at Work”, and much more. Although the benefits offered are exceptional, I think what is most profound is the camaraderie that PerfectServe and its employees exhibit. From past experiences It can be troublesome when working from home and making a human to human connection with colleagues. However, PerfectServe and its employees are all so kind and helpful. They make you feel like you are not just someone behind a desk, but rather a respectable human and friend. PerfectServe is the PerfectJob!

We really appreciate this feedback. We believe our "work-from-home" model is best for the company and our employees. The one downside is that we are not all working in the same location and we recognize the challenge this creates for holding in-person, company-wide meetings. Instead, right now we've elected to host regional meetings, dinners, happy hours, etc. in the various cities where we have a concentration of employees. - PerfectServe PeopleOps Team

Cons

At times, too much work for one individual to handle. More hands would've been nicer to have.
