      Awful Company after the sale to New Mountain Capital

      Pros

      People, benefits at the time (i understand they have been reduced).

      Cons

      Everythign else. Executive leadership is simply there to cut costs and get it ready to be sold to a competitor. It's a shame, this company was one of the most respected in the industry at one time.

      The people, the global environment, the work we do and differences we make.

      Cons

      Changes post divestiture have been difficult, rigid and confusing. Leadership is causing bottlenecks on important business decisions. New Leadership seems to not trust employees to make the right decisions for their departments. Travel is restricted to save money but teams are in desperate need of an opportunity to reconnect in person.
