Pros

The pharma industry is booming with no end in sight and Perrigo seems to be in full acquisition mode, acquiring 1-2 companies each year. The leadership team is outstanding and Perrigo is positioned for success in an increasingly competitive market. Salaries are more competitive than most in this geographical area and there is a real focus on professional development.

Cons

Perrigo is in Allegan and most people commute at least 30 minutes one-way to work. The drive is worth it, but it's not short no matter how to look at it.

Pros

Great culture, very collaborative work space. People are willing to teach. Good benefits. Encourage continuing education.

Cons

Low pay for the amount and magnitude of work. Don't value existing employees as they should. No youth in upper management.

Pros

Fairly secure company during insecure times. Good work life balance and can provide opportunities for upward movement. Reasonable pay scales with regular annual raises.

Cons

Fairly secure company during insecure times...company has some old world managers that have difficulty adapting to change. Bureaucracy and Politics can be regular occurrences and can prove to be road blocks.
