where do I start.... management needs better training, low pay, empty promises, employees need to be held accountable for their actions and not put the blame on the entire team for it, NO GROWTH whatsoever, only 2 weeks pto, old school mentality, a headache when ask to work remote, no recognition, no plan for the employee to help them grow, in need of more resource tools, and a very toxic environment.

The culture of the company has gone completely down hill since the company went from a Public company to a Private company. They don't trust or respect their employees. There is no work/life balance so many of their young employees resign. In general they have a high turnover because of the way the owners treat their employees. HR is not empowered at all.
