      room for growth, Martin Luther king/presidents day off

      Cons

      late nights until as late as 9pm-11pm sometimes without a car service or dinner provided, when I was furloughed indefinitely I got an impersonal letter sent to me saying my healthcare ended after the fact, no severance or vacation payed out after 5 years and I heard employees who are still with the company have to go in the office Monday thru friday during a pandemic???? even taking the subway to get there. what kind of company is this??? they should be ashamed of themselves

      Pros

      Good pay and product. Very friendly people in corporate office.

      Cons

      Company is not sure what direction they want to go in. Very unorganzied and their human resource department needs help. They promote work life balance but the task and frustrations dont co-inside with the motto. They have a very sheep like approach to customer service and are not prepared to adapt to the current retail market. Plus IT is horrible and their systems are outdated for what they are trying to accomplish.

      A way to get into the fashion industry.

      Cons

      You always have to be on top of people since everyone is overworked and understaffed. CEO rules like a dictator and nothing has logic, just something Oscar demanded. No investment into employees at all.
