Cons
Frequent messages telling us that all will be good and soon, followed by not a single word when money dryes out. The "unparalleled investment" is a shell on a likely borrowed product product that you can download for free in app store. Now we get another promise to begin paying in the next year. It's no longer a startup, and this has been going on every year for at least 5 years. You would think Sanjay would be able to figure out how to fix it... a gold fish learns faster than that. Don't believe any financing from the responses to your reviews, rumors are that upper management failed to read contract with the bank (not investors as the bloke writes) and we are now paying for it. Sanjay, apart from being a compulsive liar, most likely knows that he cannot get series financing, and not because he "don't want to devalue our stocks and have people to buy a home when they go public"(as was the hype in the office when I first joined), but because either investors looked at the numbers and management and flat out refused or that Sanjay knows his head will roll first once actual investors get on the board of directors. Seems like a common theme - things done as a reaction without considering outcomes, and then hiding when they bite back and anyone having a different opinion from the CEO gets removed.
