CEO is a nut job, remember to have savings before taking a job at Pervacio. You normally have months without pay, all kinds of stupid excuses. They don't really have that many contracts and lucrative deals that the CEO gives impression to. All positive reviews here are done by the CEO, but they made me laugh... A lot!

I want to Choose negative or Zero STARS but I didn't find an option to do so. No Salaries, Even though Management has money, they won't pay to employees, but they will buy assets on their names and says like there are no assets on Pervacio name. Every week they say, you will get your salary dues by NEXT WEEK and it never happens. GOD also don't know when that NEXT WEEK will come. They need to pay more than 1 year salary dues for each existing and ex-employees. They didn't paid TDS and PF also for FY 2018-2019. Always says, we are in good position, we are expecting money from out clients. Only CEO knows about that money and where it is going. There are so many complaints on this company. Legal cases, Complaints with PF department and Income Tax department. They are cheating employees by issuing Shares, even though they are not listed. They ask for agreements, they say they will pay 10% of dues every month since May-2018 and that also not happening and they didn't paid a single penny till now. By showing these agreements, they are trying to get funding. once after getting funding, they don't care the Employees dues. They should be behind bars for doing all these illegal activities. Nearly 200 employees are fired on the spot in 3-4 months. They hire and fire employees very easily. Form-16s not provided till now. TDS and PF deducted from employees also not paid to the respective departments. Its a ship that already Drowned, but funny thing is CEO projects it as raising company. Soon they will move the company to a 2BHK in remote area and only Chief Architect and one or two Managers will be there in the company. @CEO - Just imagine, without developer and tester, Managers or your Chief Architect can't deliver your product. I don't understand how you missed this simple logic.
