45% email capture or else you get written up and less hours. Sell one puppy guide every shift or else you get less hours. The pay is awful for the amount of tasks they have you do. If your email is low or you haven’t sold any puppy guides, they’ll force you to stay on the register for your whole shift as punishment. (Even 8 hour shifts).
