Pros
You can make a living wage here, and get paid time off. They don't care if you have colored hair, tattoos, piercings...very inclusive and accepting atmosphere.
Cons
It's a living wage, but you will be destroying your body to get it. Very, very labor intensive and physically demanding. Pretty good PTO, but you have to work very hard to earn it. They slowly add more and more on top of you, causing less time to groom dogs, which means more work for less pay. Groomers make commission for the amount they groom, but are charged with tons and tons of side duties. There is also a massive amount of policies and red tape to navigate in order to get your job done. Physically, mentally, emotionally draining on a daily basis. Extremely stressful every day. A lot of times it's impossible to get a lunch break, or any other kind of break, for that matter.
