Met amazing co worker over the years. Working with animals is always a good thing. For full time employees benefits and vacation is amazing.

Cons

Company seems to have a identity crisis, constantly changing mottos and theme for the year to focus on. Its not that hard, just provide good customer service. after many years of working for them and watching the company go downhill i jumped ship after almost 14 years.

Benefits, ability to establish friendly and professional relationships with colleagues and clients, great place to initially learn how to groom. Had plenty of cons but it was still a great experience overall.

Cons

Commission isn't worth the work they expect you to take on. Most members of upper-management haven't worked directly with animals and don't understand how difficult and strenuous it can be. They continue to push you past your limits because they have unrealistic expectations of what everyone should be able to handle so they can meet certain quotas.
