The culture is incredible! It’s positive, encouraging and passionate. Successes are celebrated and failures are supported. Respect and trust are cornerstones of #LifeAtPetSmart. The campus amenities are amazing and I am proud to work for an organization that cares about its pet parents and associates.

Cons

So much about this company is just AWEsome! I would love to see more teams embrace the work from home movement for a day or two each week when possible.

As a 15 year associate, I can confirm that PetSmart does a fantastic job at growing and developing their people! Love the company, our values, and our culture. JK (CEO) has done a fantastic job at providing clear direction and guidance to the company and I am proud to work for PetSmart!

Cons

Honestly, having a tough time coming up with one. Great company discounts, great salary, great people to work with.

Pros

The culture of the organization is what attracted me to the company and why I continue to stay. The purchase of Chewy.com in May 2017 was a very strategic addition combining the largest brick and mortar and online pet specialty in one company (yes, Chewy.com is bigger than Amazon in this space!) I have worked here for two years and the change in the Senior leadership from August 2017 to March 2018 has made a significant and positive impact. The new CEO that started in June 2018 has a great background and seems to be very personable. Very excited about the future of PetSmart along with Chewy under the new CEO. The campus has day care, gym, on-site café, Starbucks, shipping center, dry cleaning drop off/pick up - great amenities!

Cons

Just like any other organization, it is not perfect. However, the best place I have worked.
