Cons

Overworked, underpaid, micromanaged, endless paperwork. When I told them other businesses were paying more for lower positions than mine, they gave me an inadequate raise and heaped more duties on top of it. There is no way to run a huge box store with one manager and one associate at night, get all the business done, care for the animals and serve our customers properly.
