Pros

- Data could be used for innovation in multiple ways - Lots to learn with ample opportunities and do enhancements technically There could be more, but the cons will block you from thinking about it.

Cons

- The team never gave respect to the individuals. Respect for the individuals is missing overall. - The leader was non-technical and was not sound enough to guide the team. This prohibits the team from growing ahead. - Lot of bureaucracy within the company and the team. - Very cold vibe within the team. The virtues and values of the team were not ideal for someone with a healthy mindset to work.

Pros

Solid Company, it makes money. Lots of great people. offers pension

Cons

Not diverse. close knit culture either you in the club or you are not. Hourly employees make as much as a lot of the managers or more. Good for hourly folks but not for new managers.
