Pros

Customers and Pets are fun!! Co workers great. Some store managers were great. Was much better before new management came in.

Cons

Not paid enough for work load. Expected to do all duties, shipments, stocking, cleaning, answer phones and wait on customers. And with only 1 or 2 employees. And the expectations are unrealistic and unfair.

Great ideas to get animals adopted out to wonderful families.

Cons

Management is awful. Caught them saying some unruly words to fellow employees, and an employee saying in front of customers that they’d call HR. Please see what is happening in this store and get better management.

They work you like a dog and dont pay you anything .NO PTO for regular people that work the retail floor , no paid holidays unless you get stuck working a holiday (all holidays are work days , store is only closed Thanksgiving and Christmas ) so if you enjoy your family time on holiday you wont get any . Management is disrepectful and dont care bout you or your family. Its Petsense or nothing. Groom shop is suppose to drum up its own business with ads and anything but company does not help or advertise to help the groomers out .. work you like your self employed but your just and hourly employee
