had to travel overnight 3-4 times more than what they originally told me, worked countless 15-16 hour days, upper management encouraged me to speed to appointments several times, was not paid multiple commissions that were promised to me. Brought in a team of micro managers that do not know the industry well and will breathe down your neck, No regard for personal time and poor sales training

To date, as we know, we have paid ALL of our Pharmers in full. We certainly recommend for this individual to reach out to us immediately to review their commissions and clarify their concerns as stated above. It was an exciting year for our company and we appreciate the efforts of all of our Pharmers.

Pros

Pharma Logistics has a good team in all departments that genuinely want to grow and succeed. They have cultivated an environment of continual improvement and ideas are encouraged and cultivated. I believe with all great companies this starts from the top down and this company is no exception with the executives leading by example. Overall great growth opportunities and solid company to work for.

Cons

The regional nature of the sales and service positions require a certain amount of independence. This definitely works for some personality types, including myself, however is not for everyone.

Well said! It is so important to make sure that you are in a position that is well suited for you and the company. Working with a lot of independence is a great perk for some, while others enjoy a structured environment. Great news is that Pharma Logistics does offer a great work environment.

Pharma Logistics truly cares about their customer and employees, and is only interested in doing things the right way.The company is focused and their core values hold everyone equally accountable from the top down and encourage innovation, curiosity, communication, selflessness and honesty. Truly a wonderful place to work!
