      This fast paced environment challenges you to be better. You're expected to bring your A game every day. If you aren't willing to put forth the effort to constantly improve, this isn't the place for you.

      -Flexibility - Have control of your own schedule -Selling & Servicing. It's a good balance of both. -Co-workers are very helpful -Rental car -Great culture -Traveling - if you have a good place to travel too -Each day is always different

      Cons

      - Some heavy lifting - Expense reports -May require long hours on certain days -Lots of driving

      The daunting task of expense reports! It's just one of those things we can't get past! However, the perks of traveling and airline miles, rental car points and hotels points hopefully offset that monthly report!

      Pros

      You have the ability to hone your skills as there is very little training or development.

      Cons

      Upper management looks at employees as either with or against him. Doesn't want to pay people what they are worth. They are very good at adding responsibilities to your position without adding pay. The owner has a horrible temper and treats employees like they are "lucky" to be working there.
