      Growing Company, Empowers Employees

      Pros

      Pharma Logistics is experiencing tremendous growth. They are bringing innovation to the tired, same old methods of reverse distribution. It is an exciting place to work and in order to be innovative, all employees are trained and challenged to grow both professional and personally. Employees can expect that their hard work and efforts will be rewarded. The company brings ethics back into an industry where is was once lacking. It is nice to be respected by your customers where they demand 100% accuracy and transparency.

      Cons

      If in an outside sales role, employees are expected to produce and grow their territory. In order to do this, you will have to put in the time which means periodically means working some long days. If you are looking for a position that you can fade into the background and not be noticed, then this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      I have been with Pharma Logistics for over 7 years. I love that we are financially sound and feel that our CEO is one of the best I have worked for. You are in charge of your own career path at Pharma Logistics. They provide the platform to work as a team and independently. Over achievers will thrive here. Pharma Logistics supports the work/life balance as well. I have never felt that I was treated better or worse than anyone else, simply fair. Pharma Logistics actively looks in the mirror to ensure they are providing a challenging and rewarding workplace.

      Cons

      Let's face it. Having to work in general, kind of stinks. I wish I could not work and play golf all day. But since I have to feed those darn kids I am happy that I have the opportunities I have at Pharma Logistics

      Pros

      Mid-size company that is willing to truely listen to employees and make thing like company culture the highest priority. Much of what makes Pharma Logistics what it is today comes from employee ideas. If you show that you care about your job you'll go far here.

      Cons

      Parking is a little slim later in the day when everyone is in so you may need to walk a little further.
