      Very friendly environment. There's always events for the employees

      The downside there is no salary harmonization. As well has no room for advancement.

      Pros

      Most employees are passionate about the company and are generally nice people. Financially the company is very stable and is active in the community. Company is very loyal to their employees.

      Cons

      This is a family run business with with some friends and family who are unqualified in their positions. Poor employee business practices with no formal reviews, no career path and mostly unwritten commitments. A lot of employee "dead wood". Even at this relatively small company, change happens very slowly if at all.

      Rewarding job for those who are ambitious and don't settle for 'good enough'

      Pros

      Those who go the extra mile on a project are often rewarded. Great perks and employee events such as off-site trips, skiing, fishing, camping, rafting, etc. throughout the year break the monotony. Special rewards are offered to individuals in a department who excel above all others. Very culturally diverse company. Anyone from any background will feel comfortable and fit in.

      Cons

      Due to economic cutbacks, large, company sponsored events are fewer and far between lately. Although not stated, there's an emphasis on staying late in order to get rewarded and/or acknowledged.
